Severus' heart sank upon seeing that small, velvety box.
“I thought we agreed about this the last time we discussed it.”

“We never discussed it. You walked out, remember? I couldn't even answer...”

“Your answer is marriage? Are you daft? I'll be lynched the moment this goes public. People will assume I was buggering you at Hogwarts...”

“You weren't.”

“Let's get back to basics, Potter. I'm a dammed Death-Eater. I was Voldemort's...”

“Please, don't lie. You were mine all along.”

“That's not the point!”

“We are in love. We can't hide it forever. It's time to face the music, Severus.”

Severus, let Harry handle the mobs with the torches, and everything will work out fine. especially once it comes out that HARRY asked SEVERUS to marry him, and not the other way around!

poor stressed Severus...he needs a honeymoon someplace they don't know the two of them. with a SPA, and MASSAGES. :D

I think you are right. Severus should let his Gryffindor hero go slay all those dragons for him while he takes a back seat and enjoys the fireworks.

I love the idea of Harry whisking his poor, stressed new husband somewhere far away for a private honeymoon full of pampering. Humm... I might end up writing something like that one day. You know I'll blame you, don't you? ;D
