Spreading The Word: SOPA Might Be Back.

This is not my regular kind of post. This isn't a story post, but a general pass-on-this-news sort of update.

This morning I received this particular PM from one of my regular readers over at FF.Net, asking me to pass on the word about the possible return of the SOPA bill.
