Of Men Who Like Chips...
"That hair is natural? Uhhggg! How can you touch it?"
Harry sighed. He'd been with his lover for a year already, but Ron was being... difficult.
Whenever they met, his friend insulted Severus and Harry was tired of allowing it. He smiled beatifically, looking at the way Ron was devouring the chips they'd been sharing:
"It's not a hardship, Ron. Severus is... he is like chips, you see? He is thin, pale,
naturally greasy, and totally satisfying once you put him in your mouth..."
By pure coincidence Severus chose that moment to return.
"Chips, anyone?" He asked politely. Ron choked.

Date: 2013-04-20 02:36 pm (UTC)I'm glad to see that you are enjoying yourself. Thanks so much for sending me this lovely comment. I absolutely adored this wonderfully funny smiley face that you added to your message, just watching it laugh hysterically to itself is making me grin like a loon.
I hope you have a great day, my friend.
Hugs

Date: 2013-04-21 02:50 pm (UTC)I've heard this thing about my drabbles being particularly difficult to translate before. Majmunka (from the LJ community) requested -and was granted- my blanket permission to translate any drabble of mine that took her fancy into Hungarian ages ago. I remember her mentioning that she doesn't translate more of them because my plays with words make it very difficult. Once the drabble is taken out of its original English form, the meaning behind the word-plays can get, literally, lost in translation... :D
Now about your work... I don't mind you translating a piece of mine, as long as you send me a link to it, once you post it. I'm planing to add some sort of list of authorized translations of my work into my personal journals, as an acknowledgment to all the hard work that people like you and a few others have decided to put into translating them.
Since I've already seen that you translated Modern Negotiations, too, let me do for you what I did for Majmunka, so here it is:
You have my permission to translate into Russian ANY work of mine that catches your eye, as long as you let me know about it and send me a link to your translated post, please.
Thank you for gifting me with this great honor. Having someone out there not only consider a piece of mine worth translating, but also deciding to go ahead and put so much of their time and effort into doing so, is probably the best compliment that anyone could give me.
Take care of yourself, my friend, and have a good day.
Sincerely
pekeleke
