It was so lovely to hear from you again, my friend. I hope you had a lovely holiday season and I wish you the very best for the coming New Year.
Now on to your lovely review... I'm so glad that this crazy story of mine made you laugh so much. I was going for lighthearted humor this year and I'm thrilled to hear that it worked that way for you.
I had such great fun plotting Sev's cluelessness and finding the right words to advance this story while keeping him in the dark for as long as possible. LOL. I think poor Harry was ready to scream with frustration by the time he got to planting that first kiss on his Prince's mouth, wasn't he?
I'm absolutely thrilled that you loved Draco here, specially because he is not a character you like all that much. He did a great job at delivering the cunning and underhanded support Harry needed to get the ball rolling with Severus, even if it was in the form of Slytherin plotting... :D I'm thrilled that you enjoyed Draco's description of Sev's general interests, since that one happens to be one of my favorites lines in the entire story.
I agree with you on the understated romance of the pub scene and it's wonderful that you picked it out of all the rest. That is the turning point in this story. The moment Severus' eyes finally begin to open to what's really going on around him, even if it takes him a little while longer to realize it.
I must confess that I had a ball writing the Weasley scene. Portraying Molly as an overwhelmingly loving character with a slightly naughty streak is a weakness of mine and I'm thrilled that you enjoyed her small appearance in this tale so much.
All in all I'm chuffed that you had a great time with this series. Thanks for taking the time to both read and review this story. Your gorgeous and amazingly detailed review not only made my day but it also left me smiling from ear to ear.
Take care for now, my dear friend Happy New Year. Sincerely
