I think that Severus really needs a conversation like this one with Rosmerta. Not just because it's time to move on but it also helped him understand that he needs Harry. That he wants Harry in his life. And even if it will be very difficult he would be happy. It's time for Severus to do something for himself. So be selfish, my boy, and fall in love with Harry!
