Give And Take.

Severus eyed the Astronomy Tower warily.
“This isn't a good idea, Harry.”

“You owe me. I went to that boring concert with you, didn't I?”

“Magical Viola isn't boring. It's... “

“Awful. Stuffy. Pedantic...”

“Attempting to have sex outdoors is... juvenile.”

“Making love is never juvenile, Severus.”

“We have our own bed, our own bedroom. I can't understand why...”

“I'm head over heels in love with you. I need... ”

“Romance. You need romance. You want moonlight-painted kisses and all that... mush.”

“Severus...”

Severus kissed him tenderly:
“It's alright. I can be mushy for you. But only for you, Harry.”

LOL, being mushy is the least you can give, Severus, in exchange for a boring concert, it's only fair;)Although I'm glad that Severus does this ONLY for Harry, because a mushy Severus is always somewhat..., I don't know, a little terrifying? *winks-smirks-winks*

P.S. On the serious side: I'm glad that both of them are willing to give something a little out of their comfort zone to make the other happy. It really IS romantic;)

LOL. True. A mushy Severus Snape must be a terrifying sight indeed, although I'd bet that Harry will strongly disagree with that particular opinion. He is biased anyway. All those moonlight-painted kisses have obviously turned his mind to mush... ;)

I think making a conscious effort to give and take is the key to have a successful relationship, though, and I'm genuinely glad that you think their desire to please each other is romantic.
