What you say about a good bout of crying being rather therapeutic is true, but I'm getting a right complex about only being able to generate two very different emotions with my work: people either find my stories absolutely hysterical or total tearjerkers. Hummm... Maybe I should move on and just write plain-old fashioned porn for a while... Only that would mean going through the headache of censoring the final piece before posting it on FF.Net and that's just... *Shudders with annoyance*
I can see why this story reminds you so much of The Voice Under All Silences. They both share pretty much the same theme, after all, even though I managed to tell this one in about one tenth of the final word count of that other monster... :D
