Severus is about to keel over. He’s still using Occlumency to hide his mortifyingly invincible crush, and the spell keeps draining his magic.

Severus is in the forest, quietly performing the restorative ritual Potter interrupted last time when the idiot shows up again.

“Caught you!” Potter crows. Severus sighs despairingly.
