I was over in England at the beginning of July and it rained on us on and off the four days we were there, but that's typical British weather for you. Haven't you ever noticed that there is always more sunshine in the winter than in the summer? That never failed to puzzled me.
Now, about this drabble: I agree with you on the point that Severus likes to relax by doing something and it is a good thing that Harry understands it so easily, since that will help them avoid fighting over how much time Sev spends brewing.
